Man charged in connection with early morning robbery and assault
A MAN has been charged in connection with a reported robbery and assault in Poole.
Police were called following an incident in Haven Road at around 5.30am on Saturday, May 6.
It was reported that a 21-year-old woman from Lymington was assaulted and her iPhone was stolen.
A 24-year-old Poole man has been charged with robbery and assault and appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, August 12.
He is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, September 7.
