The B3058 at Holmsley near Christchurch has been closed after a car crashed into a telegraph pole.
The incident has taken place between the Rising Sun pub at Bashley and the A35 at Holmsley.
A spokesman for Hampshire Police said: "We were called to a non-injury collision involving a Kia and a telegraph pole on Wootton Farm Road.
"Highways are on scene."
The telegraph pole is blocking the road, which will remain closed while repairs are being carried out.
It is likely to reopen around 11.30am.
