Appeal success for man accused of breaching restraining order
A BOURNEMOUTH man found guilty of breaching a restraining order has had the conviction overturned on appeal.
Richard Leslie Deacon, 55, of Canford Road, was accused of making gestures at a person in the street between March and April this year while prohibited by a restraining order.
The successful appeal was heard at Bournemouth Crown Court on July 26.
