DORSET animal rescue charity Margaret Green is trying to find forever homes for cats, dogs and rabbits.

Bobby, three, was brought in as a stray cat. He is “a very friendly lad” and the staff think he should be ok to live with older children and, possibly, a friendly dog.

Amara is a two-year-old feline and a “very sweet girl” once she gets to know you - but she can be a bit shy at first. She should be fine to live with older children and would need to be the only pet.

Petal, a four-year-old Lion head rabbit, is neutered, vaccinated and looking for a male companion who is too. She recently lost her companion so is hoping she will find a new friend soon.

Nieeka, a five-year-old Russian Toy Terrier, is described as a “very sweet girl” who loves affection once she gets to know you. She’s looking for a quiet, adult only-home as the only dog, but she could live with a cat.

Charlie, a striking three-year-old greyhound, used to be a racer but is now looking for a home where he can rest his paws. He is sociable and could live with another sight-hound but not small furry animals. He could live with older children.

A Chihuahua, also called Charlie, is looking for a new home. He is four years old and can be shy at first but is a “real lap dog” once he gets to know you. He is looking for a fairly quiet home without children or other dogs, although he could possibly live with cats.
