THE promoter behind the cancelled Olly Murs gig was spotted dining out at Bournemouth's plush Hilton Hotel - the same day the X Factor singer had been scheduled to perform at Kings Park.

Thousands of fans were left counting the costs after the gig, originally set for Saturday, was called off.

Stephen McManus' company, Stephen C Associates, went into liquidation leaving fans out of pocket.

Olly Murs' management eventually offered tickets to alternative shows, but fans are still struggling.

Beth Goodship, who was one of those affected by the cancelled gig, took a photo of McManus and posted it online.

She also wrote: "What a coincidence it is to be having a meal at the Hilton instead of watching Olly Murs because of Stephen McManus.

"Then to see him here eating a meal with no worries in the world, and yet his company has gone into liquidation.

"It is not right and not fair to the innocent people that paid out hundreds of pounds for this man to eat out at the Hilton with your money."

Meanwhile, Poole resident Demi Bishop is one of the Olly Murs' fans still struggling for replacement tickets.

The 19-year-old, who is disabled following a car accident two years ago, said she's contacted her ticket provider after learning about the alternative concerts at Portsmouth and Swindon.

"Unfortunately, I have been informed that neither venue has been able to provide wheelchair access so I am unable to be included in the re release of tickets that Olly has made available, to try and make up for the cancelled concerts due to Stephen McManus going into administration."
