Shoppers evacuated from stores after fire alarm
PART of The Arcade in Bournemouth was evacuated after the fire alarm sounded this afternoon.
One fire crew from Springbourne was called to the scene just after 1.47pm.
However upon arrival it was discovered to be a false alarm with good intent, according to a Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue spokesman.
House of Fraser was one of the stores evacuated, but shoppers were allowed back in by 2.30pm.
