POPULAR French restaurant chain Côte Brasserie opens in Bournemouth next week following an investment of more than £1million.
The new restaurant, which brings 40 jobs to the town, is set to open its doors in Westover Road on Friday, July 28.
Diners will be able to enjoy a host of authentic French classics including steak frites, moules marinères and tuna Niscoise. And for dessert the Crème caramel is the house speciality for the chain.
Alongside the à la carte and specials menus, Côte also boasts a vegetarian and a gluten-free menu accredited by Coeliac UK.
The Victorian building also hosts a small balcony for al fresco dining.
Alex Scrimgeour, CEO of Côte restaurants, said: “Bournemouth has a real buzz about it and we are proud to invest in the town.
"The Grade Two listed building has been lovingly restored and we look forward to welcoming our guests to the new brasserie in Westover Road at the end of the month. We are sure that our friendly, professional service and great value food will be a perfect fit for the town.”
