SOIL, rubble and rubbish was left behind by travellers at a car park near Canford Cliffs yesterday morning.
Twenty-three caravans were reported to Borough of Poole having been spotted at the top of Beach Road sparking a site clean-up.
A council spokesman said: “Security has been put in place and we will be carrying out an assessment of the situation.”
A group of around 12 travellers also pitched up at a car park in Park Road in Bournemouth close to the train station late Thursday night.
One the council’s parks team visited the site yesterday morning.
