Delays on A338 Spur Road due to broken down car
A broken down car is causing delays on the A338 Spur Road.
Police were called to the scene on the southbound carriageway between Ashley Heath and Blackwater at 9.47am.
The car was partially blocking one lane.
It was removed at 10.56am.
There are delays of around 20 minutes.
