A CLIMBER was rescued by helicopter after suffering a suspected broken ankle.
Three Coastguard rescue teams were involved in the operation to help the climber at Durlston, Swanage, at around 1.45pm on Sunday.
The climber was flown by Coastguard helicopter to Poole’s helicopter landing site at Whitecliff and then taken to Poole Hospital for treatment.
