FENCING has been erected around the former Oakdale Pub site in Poole.
Last year a proposal was submitted to Borough of Poole (BOP) for planning permission for five houses and 27 flats on the site. However, BOP has confirmed no planning permission has been granted for the site.
Enterprise Inns, now the EiGroup, says it sold the site several months ago.
A BOP council spokesman said while no permission has been given to build on the site, off Kingsmill Road, Oakdale, permission is allowed for developers to demolish the former pub.
