LEE RICHARD ANDERSON aged 33 of Burcombe Road, Bournemouth, admits to the harassment of a person at Bournemouth on 23/4/17 by sending that person numerous abusive texts, and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. To participate in an accredited programme for 42 days. To carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. To pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MARK STEPHEN ROBERTS aged 49 of Spencer Road, Bournemouth, admits to entering a premises at Bournemouth on 13/6/17 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by Bournemouth Magistrates on 23/8/16. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 15 months. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates on 6/6/17 for two harassment offences. The suspended sentence of two weeks imprisonment for 12 months for two breaches of restraining order now amended by extending the operational period to 15 months.
