ROD Stewart rocked the main stage to bring the Isle of Wight Festival to a close last night.
Decked out in a shiny gold jacket and strutting around the stage, the 72-year-old proved he's still got it in front of the biggest crowd of the weekend.
All the old hits were there with tens of thousands of people singing along to the famous lyrics of We Are Sailing, Do Ya Think I'm Sexy? and Maggie May.
It was a family affair with Rod's wife, former model Penny Lancaster leading Rod's granddaughter and sons around the festival site before watching his powerful performance.
And Rod's backing singers were up for a fun night, shaking their gold tassled dresses.
Fireworks burst into the sky at 11pm, marking the end of another massive year for festival organiser John Giddings.
He has a remarkable knack of putting together a line-up to suit all tastes and ages.
It's one of the few places where the generations mix to watch acts as diverse as David Guetta, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Rod Stewart.
I can't wait for next year.
