Property developer died after stabbing himself in the heart, inquest hears
A PROPERTY developer stabbed himself in the heart and was found dead in his Boscombe flat, an inquest heard.
Dorset coroner Rachael Griffin heard that Richard Brewer, 53, was discovered after a friend had become concerned for his welfare.
Police were alerted and forced entry to the Cecil Road, Boscombe flat on Thursday May 18, the Bournemouth inquest heard.
The court was told he died of a self-inflicted stab wound to the heart and that police have concluded there are no suspicious circumstances.
The inquest was adjourned until December.
