A FAULT has caused the cancellation of rail services in the New Forest.
The incident happened between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier and all lines between the two stations are closed.
Brockenhurst, Lymington Pier and Lymington Town will not be serviced and disruption is expected until about 3pm today.
A South West Trains statement says: "Engineers have been made aware and are en-route to site to investigate the fault with the train.
"We are currently arranging alternative transport between these stations.
"If you require any assistance with your journey please speak to a member of staff, use a station help point or visit SouthWestTrains.co.uk.
"We are sorry for the disruption caused to your journey."
