A HOMELESS man was discovered sleeping at derelict land in Boscombe.
The unknown rough-sleeper was seen at the former coal yard, on the corner of Ashley Road and North Road close to the railway, when the Daily Echo investigated the site yesterday morning.
It is not known who the man is or how long he had been based there.
Curled inside a pink duvet and surrounded by his few belongings, the man had made a bed on old concrete that had been covered in graffiti by vandals.
The man was reported to Streetlink, a service that aims to connect rough-sleepers to local services in a bid to get them into sheltered housing.
The matter is now being dealt with by Bournemouth council.
