Kaya
THE theft of a much-loved pet dog from Lytchett Matravers has prompted a police appeal for witnesses.
Kaya, a 10-month-old greyhound/whippet cross was stolen from the Peaton's Lane area of the village on Wednesday evening last week.
Police constable Mark Woolridge, of Purbeck police, said: "Kaya's owner is desperate to have her home.
"I am appealing to anyone who has seen Kaya, or knows who may have taken her, to please contact Dorset Police."
Kaya is sandy coloured and has a white belly.
