A resident rescued from a flat fire in Bournemouth was taken to hospital.
Firefighters from Springbourne, Redhill and Westbourne were sent to the blaze in St Mary's Road, at the junction of Holdenhurst Road, at 7.16pm on last night.
The crews rescued one person from the flat using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
They were taken to hospital by paramedics.
Firefighters located the fire inside the kitchen of the flat.
It is believed the incident started as the person was cooking.
