NEW venues have been selected in a bid to enhance performances at this year's Bournemouth Music Competitions Festival.
Dance classes move from Bournemouth School for Girls to Queen Elizabeth's School in Wimborne, which offers a bigger stage for the performers.
And Speech and Drama classes will be held at Richmond Hill St Andrew's Church.
The full syllabus, including dates and venues for each section of the festival, is now available and entries are now being accepted.
Dance classes will run from May 29 to June 3, Accordions will be heard on June 10, Speech and Drama classes will be held from June 12-14 and Instrumentals from June 15-17.
Choirs will compete on June 16 and 17, Vocals competitions will be held from June 19-23 and the festival concert will be held on July 1 at the Pavilion Theatre.
Festival organisers are now looking for sponsors and for anyone who wants to advertise in the programme. For more information call 01202 556023,
