SEAN JOSEPH ALGAR aged 29 of no fixed abode admits to refusing to leave McDonald’s takeaway, Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on 10/1/17 when asked to by a person of authority by acting in a way likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress and had with him hypodermic needles which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made by Bournemouth Magistrates on 17/9/15. DEAN MATTHEW GRANT aged 38 of Malvern Road, Bournemouth, admits to contacting a person at Bournemouth on 3/1/17 by phoning them numerous times which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by East Dorset Magistrates on 11/4/16. Committed to prison for three months consecutive to offence two. Also admits to breach of commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order made by Dorset Magistrates on 26/12/16 for an offence of breach of a restraining order.
