A MAN who allegedly dishonestly administered Botox has appeared before magistrates.
Ozan Melin, 40 and of Pole Hill Road in Uxbridge, is alleged to have claimed to others that he was a "qualified and legitimate supplier, prescriber and administer of Botox".
Melin is charged with three counts of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent on dates in November 2011 and July 2016, as well as two counts of fraud by false representation.
The alleged offences date back to November 2011 and July 2013 in Poole and Bristol.
Lisa Bolster, 49 and of Huntick Estate in Lytchett Matravers, is accused of two counts of fraud by false representation and one of possessing goods with a false trademark for sale or hire on October 20, 2014, in Poole.
The defendants pleaded not guilty to all the charges on their first appearance at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court.
They will next appear before a judge at Bournemouth Crown Court on December 8.
