Man taken to hospital after cycling into lamppost
A MAN has been taken to hospital after cycling into a lamppost outside Bournemouth Airport.
Paramedics were called to Parley Lane, the main road outside the airport in Hurn, following a call that a man in his 30s on a bicycle had collided with a lamppost.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service said the man was reported to have shoulder pain and "some bleeding" and would be taken to hospital to be checked for further injuries.
