CHERRIES have completed the stunning capture of Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere on loan until the end of the season.
The England star, who featured for the Three Lions at Euro 2016 and has 34 international caps, arrived at Vitality Stadium tonight to put the finishing touches to the deal.
He becomes boss Eddie Howe's eighth summer signing.
Crystal Palace and Roma were strongly linked with the 24-year-old on deadline day with Arsenal reportedly blocking a move to the latter side.
AC Milan, Sporting Lisbon and Benfica and Watford were also rumoured suitors for Wilshere.
Reflecting on the midfielder's arrival, chief executive Neill Blake said: "Jack is a fantastic addition to the club.
"He is a player our supporters will be excited to see in a Bournemouth shirt.
"He will a wealth of international and Premier League experience, so we are delighted to welcome a player of his calibre to the club."
