What was wrong with the old shower?
I WONDER why and how much it cost the local authority to replace a perfectly serviceable shower unit at Boscombe Pier for this ridiculous flip-flop arrangement to be found there now.
Yesterday the beach was jam-packed and there was a long queue – moving very slowly – to use the shower.
What on earth was wrong with the old one?
And what is the sense of replacing a shower unit with three nozzles to one with only one?
