Man led to safety after bungalow fire
An elderly man was led to safety after the bedroom of his bungalow caught fire.
The incident in Templer Close in Bournemouth was called into the fire service at 4.14am this morning, leading to crews from Redhill, Westbourne and Springbourne attending the scene.
A spokesperson for the fire service said that blaze was located in the downstairs bedroom of the terrace bungalow and it was extinguished using two sets of breathing apparatus and a hose.
The man was then handed over to staff from the ambulance service.
