MZIMKHULU MATONZI aged 29 of Juniper Close, Three Legged Cross, Wimborne, admits to assaulting a bus driver while the bus was moving and passengers on board at Hurn, Christchurch on 3/7/16. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 20 days. To carry out unpaid work for 180 hours in the next 12 months. To pay £200 compensation. To pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
KYRIN LANE aged 26 of Fairfield Road, Wimborne, admits to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Bournemouth Magistrates on 8/3/16 by failing to report for the unpaid work requirement. Fined £50. To pay £60 court costs.
