I THINK it is appalling that the wonderful staff at RBH should have their parking charges raised to pay for a new slip road.

They, like many others after Brexit, will come under increasing pressure to make ends meet.

As for the public, out-patient appointments and visitors pay exorbitant car parking prices and often have to drive around the car parks a number of times to find a space.

Whoever manages the parking spaces should negotiate with the council, the NHS and contribute themselves in a partnership agreement to fund the costs. DON’T punish the staff or the public.
