A DEBATE on the EU referendum which was postponed after the killing of MP Jo Cox has been re-arranged for Tuesday, June 21.
Remain Or Leave: Big Bournemouth Debate will include speakers from the ‘remain’ and ‘leave' camps.
It will take place at the Bourne Academy at Hadow Road, Bournemouth, at 7pm.
It was originally due to take place on Friday, June 17.
The speakers for ‘remain’ will now be two MEPs for the South West – Molly Scott Cato for the Greens and Clare Moody for Labour.
The ‘leave’ speakers will be Conor Burns, Conservative MP for Bournemouth West, and Ukip’s Martin Houlden.
The evening has been organised by Bournemouth councillor Nick Rose as a way of helping people decide how to cast their vote in the referendum on Thursday, June 23.
The debate will be moderated by Daily Echo business editor Darren Slade.
All are welcome but people are asked to register for a place by visiting mybournemouth.org
The public can also send in their questions in advance.
