POLICE have released CCTV of a man they would like to speak to following a 'suspicious incident' in Bournemouth.

Officers received reports of a man who seemed to be acting inappropriately towards two teenage girls in McDonald's at Castlepoint at around 5.45pm on Wednesday, May 11.

PC Simon Giles, of Bournemouth police, said the nature of the incident is "unclear".

"After a number of initial enquiries I am now able to release a CCTV image of a man I would like to speak to regarding this incident as he may be able to assist with the investigation," PC Giles said.

"Enquiries are still continuing to establish exactly what happened.

"I am appealing to the man, or anyone who knows who the man is, to contact me, or call Crimestoppers anonymously."

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 11:397. Alternatively, call the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 where mobile phone tariffs may apply.
