FIRE crews have been called to tackle a van fire in Branksome.
The van has pulled over onto the pavement of Bournemouth Road near the John Lewis roundabout.
One fire engine was called to the scene around 5.45pm and the van is described as "well alight".
Crews are using hose reels to extinguish the fire.
All passengers travelling in the van are out of the vehicle.
The incident is causing some traffic delays in the area and police have been called to the scene to manage the traffic.
