Dorset's stunning display of bluebells has been capturing the imagination of Daily Echo readers.
Photographers across the area have been sending in their pictures of the pretty flowers which are in season from mid April until the end of May.
Top locations to see a carpet of bluebells include Pamphill, Kingston Lacy, Bulbarrow Hill and Duncliffe Wood.
However, you don't have to travel far. They can also be seen in the Upper Gardens near Branksome Wood Rood.
Photographer Karen Wiltshire even used the bluebells at Pamphill as the setting for a photo shoot to capture beautiful pictures of a newborn baby amid the flowers.
The baby was kept warm thanks to a hot water bottle hidden from the shot.
The clever little bluebell ensures it is one of spring’s earliest flowers by using the lack of tree canopy cover to maximise whatever sun there is.
Half the world’s population of bluebells are found in the UK.
Bluebells provide an important early source of nectar for bees, hoverfliers, butterflies and other insects.
A bluebell wood in Hertfordshire has become so popular crowd control measures have been introduced to stop the flowers from being trampled.
Each spring, thousands of people descend on the National Trust's Dockey Wood to walk through the flowers, however people are now being charged to see them.
