A NEW Forest flower club is taking part in an unusual initiative to spread some joy around the UK today.
The so-called Lonely Bouquet concept is a goodwill gesture that involves leaving a bouquet in a public place to be picked up by an unsuspecting passer-by.
The idea is simply to bring a smile to someone's face so if you see a bouquet don't walk past it, pick it up.
Clubs across the UK are getting involved, including Bransgore Flower Club who plan to distribute bouquets in Bransgore and surrounding villages and hamlets.
Other clubs are believed to be planning to do the same in the Bournemouth area.
This is the second year of the Lonely Bouquet with last year's event attracting hundreds of messages of thanks. Got to lonelybouquet.com for more details.
