POLICE are renewing their appeal for the public’s help to find a man who has gone missing from Bournemouth.

Andrew Edwards, 52, was last seen on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at approximately 11.30am when he left an address in King John Avenue to go shopping in the town.

It was believed that he had taken his car – a black Peugeot 206 with the registration W726WKE. However, this vehicle has now been located in the car park of the Bearwood Medical Centre in Knights Road.

Andrew is white, around six feet tall, of heavy build and has brown eyes and black hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing blue jeans, a blue fleece with possibly a Tottenham Hotspur emblem, a grey Parka-style coat and white trainers with some green colour.

Inspector Lorna Gallimore, of Dorset Police, said: “We believe that Andrew was upset when he left and he has not been in contact with his family for nearly two weeks now.

“In order to ensure he is safe and well we need to find him. If anyone knows where Andrew may be or has heard from him please get in touch.

“Finally, if Andrew sees this appeal I would urge him to please contact us – your family are very worried about you.”

Anyone with information about Andrew’s whereabouts should call Dorset Police on 101 quoting incident number 18:56.
