THE last time I saw Bowling For Soup was supposed to be the very last - the tour was even called The Farewell Tour.

Fortunately for us it turned out to be more of a See You Later rather than Goodbye and here they are again on the How About Another Round tour.

The packed crowd were treated to a couple of excellent support sets from the DollyRots and Lacey who both got the crowd ready for the main event.

The stage was set up to resemble an English pub complete with pyrotechnic filled barrels, dartboard and of course a bar which pretty much set the tone for a great night of music.

The set raced along at breakneck speed, then stopped for chat, (bad) jokes, stories and awful English accents before taking off again and racing through more great material covering the whole span of their career.

A mid set acoustic number slowed the pace a little then it was off again with a section of Punk Pop covers.

The main set lasted just over the hour but with a bar on stage the band didn't go far before they returned for another swift couple to leave the crowd thirsty for more.

This is a fun band with some seriously good songs and I hope this isn't the last time we see them. In fact I might pop along and watch them again tomorrow.
