Have you caught the colouring-in bug yet?

Last year millions of us reached for our pencils and colouring-in books to boost our well-being and help us relax.

The craze shows no sign of slowing down with groups dedicated to the pastime popping up all over Dorset.

If you fancy the idea of combining colouring-in with socialising, here are just some of the events going on.

If you've got an event you'd like us to add, email digital@bournemouthecho.co.uk

A mindfulness colouring group takes place at Southbourne Library the second Tuesday of each month. The first session launched earlier this week with events next scheduled for February 9 and March 8 between 10am and 12pm.

A group also runs at Colehill Community Library on the second and fourth Friday of every month from 10am and 12pm. For more details telephone 01202 886757.
