IS the future that one day we will all lower our flags, open up our borders and let the human race live wherever they choose?
Barren lands, like in Australia – let alone elsewhere – will remain barren whilst the world flocks to chosen greener pastures worldwide.
The pride of nationality would be gone.
No English, Irish, Scotsmen or even Frenchmen, Italians, Germans, Americans – the world would be exactly that – the world!
Of course, religion would get in the way of that, but maybe one day people would see that we all have the same God but named differently.
I for one can envisage this one day happening – yet.
Right now I can only imagine an alien invasion would suddenly bring us all in as one.
