THE Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra hosted its second Black Tie evening at Compton Acres this week.
The evening marked the launch of the BSO’s anticipated new 2015/16 Concert Season. As the leading arts charity of the South and South West, the BSO is increasingly reliant on the support of individuals, charitable trusts and companies to ensure its world-class music and participation programmes continue to reach as many people as possible across the South and South West region.
This year, more BSO concert goers than ever before are making donations to support BSO’s concert programmes.
In the 2015/16 Concert Season, at least 10 concerts will be supported in part through the gifts of private individuals who have dedicated their donations towards specific concert programmes.
