The broadcaster, who is visiting all the Premier League grounds by helicopter today, made Dean Court his first visit on the list.
The helicopter landed in the car park of the Vitality Stadium, with the presenter interviewing Matt Ritchie, who spoke about his predictions for the season.
Sky Sports News will visit all 92 football clubs as part of 92Live, which showcases every club in one marathon day of coverage.
Jim White, who is travelling in the 92Live helicopter, will be supported by 21 crews from Sky Sports News HQ all over the country.
Speaking to media on his arrival, Mr White described AFC Bournemouth as as "great club".
"It was a great trip down; it's the only way to travel.
"This is esence of 92 Live; one minute you are in one location and the next you are in another.
"I am thilled to be here again. We met when Bournemouth played Middlesbrough last season. We had a hunch this would be a specal time for Bournemouth; little did we know they would end up in the top flight.
"I am delighted that they are. Great club."
We've arrived at @afcbournemouth! @JimWhite will be live on #92Live from the @premierleague newcomers shortly! https://t.co/PwYVtDeBdH
