EMERGENCY services have been called to the Mountbatten Arms Roundabout in Wallisdown after a mobility scooter collided with a car.
Dorset Police confirmed it was called to the scene outside the Miller & Carter pub at 3.20pm by South Western Ambulance Service.
A spokesman for the force said an elderly woman was driving the scooter at the moment of impact. She sustained minor injuries.
The car was a white Mini Cooper registered to a woman from Verwood.
The road was briefly closed and has now been reopened.
