Motorcyclist still in critical condition after crash on the A350
A motorcyclist seriously injured in a collision with a fence post in Fontmell Magna remains in a critical condition in Southampton Hospital.
Police said the 40-year-old man, from the Worthing area, has been placed in an induced coma following the crash in North Street at 7pm on Tuesday.
The A350 was closed for 12 miles in both directions following the incident, in which a grey Kawasaki motorcycle travelling towards Blandford left the road and collided with a fence post.
Any witnesses are asked to contact Sergeant Joe Pardy of Weymouth Traffic Department by calling 101 quoting incident number 331:30.
