TELECOMMUNICATIONS firm VoIP Unlimited has appointed its first full-time graphic designer.
Arts University Bournemouth graduate Mike Smith, has joined the expanding Poole company to develop the company website and take it into a new area of design.
He will be charged with improving the customer experience via the website and online portal.
Mr Smith was previously a freelance graphic designer whose clients included Bournemouth University and the charity Pump Aid.
He said: “I am hoping my role at VoIP Unlimited will help me to further develop my skills and test myself in new areas of design. My input in the online portal will offer help characters and tutorials for customers, therefore improving every aspect of the business, from customer relations to efficiency and speed of service.”
VoIP Unlimited managing director Mark Pillow said: “Mike has chosen to join VoIP Unlimited at a really progressive time for the company and we are hugely excited about the improvements he’s planning to make to the overall design of the portal.”
