A man was found lying seriously injured in a Boscombe street. Police, who initially believed he had been assaulted, now say they are keeping an open mind and continuing to investigate.

Manager Eddie Howe insisted Saturday's Championship results made “no difference whatsoever” ahead of Cherries’ Sky-televised showdown with Bolton on Monday.

Hundreds of Cherries fans queued outside the Goldsands Stadium for the chance to get their hands on tickets for the match against Charlton Athletic next Saturday, May 2. One fan was offered £1,000 for his two tickets, which he declined.
