FORTY members of staff at a Poole company are again being allowed to spend one working day a year helping their community.

Inpsire Professional Services is offering the time to all its staff to allow them to volunteer for a project in Dorset.

Among the volunteers so far are Liz McCormick and Rachel Parker from the accounts team, who used their day to conduct mock interviews at Queen Elizabeth’s School in Wimborne.

The scheme has been running since the company was founded more than 10 years ago.

Managing director Warren Munson said: “We have always raised money for charity. However, the aim of the community day is to ensure we are using our skills to really get involved. It is important to us to say thank you to Poole and Bournemouth for all of their ongoing support as Inspire has developed.”
