Don't run the red lights!
IF you are caught in traffic congestion today it might be your fault, partly at least.
Firstly if you are in a car, some might say you should use public transport or better still get on a bike. Secondly if you must drive, then don’t run a temporary red light.
As we now know, if you do that, it reconfigures the lights and turns both sets to red. This is what happened on Richmond Hill yesterday morning, briefly causing mayhem.
Still, when the scheme is finished, we have no doubt that the latest addition to the £12m Three Towns Travel portfolio will be very warmly welcomed and work perfectly.
