DI Alec Hardy’s wooden chalet had a starring role in last week's episode of Broadchurch - and now it could be yours.
The two-bedroom property, which is located on the banks of the River Brit in West Bay, has just gone on the market for a cool £275,000.
Until recently, the 100-year-old blue chalet had been a holiday home rental, but its owner has decided that now is the time to sell it.
A local estate agent has estimated that the “Broadchurch effect” may have pushed the price up by as much as £50,000.
According to research carried out by Hotels.com, hotel searches for West Bay have also seen an increase of 50%.
