POLICE investigating a teacher who began a relationship with a pupil and kept a sex dossier on other students have made an arrest.
Hampshire Police has confirmed that a 39-year-old man was arrested as they continue to look into the case of Tyrone Mark, who taught at Arnewood School, in New Milton.
A spokesperson for the force said that the man, who has not been named, was detained in Caerphilly and held on suspicion of breach of trust offences. He has been bailed until June 2015.
It comes a month after education chiefs passed vital files to detectives investigating geography tutor Mr Mark.
As previously reported, Mr Mark was sacked and banned from teaching for life after school bosses were alerted to the friendship between him and a female student.
Mr Mark, 39, who taught at The Arnewood School, was found guilty of professional misconduct and barred from teaching by the National College for Teaching and Leadership (NCTL).
