POLICE have arrested three men on suspicion of immigration offences after a member of the public reported seeing three men jump out the back of a lorry in Hamworthy.
Dorset Police were alerted at 8.41am this morning by a member of the public who saw three people running down Blandford Road having jumped out the back of a lorry.
Officers were called to the scene and the National Police Air Service helicopter was scrambled to help in the search.
There men were arrested and are currently in custody being questioned by immigration officers. They are a 22-year-old man and a 24-year-old man, both from Afghanistan, and a 29-year-old man from Pakistan.
