THESE eye-catching pictures of football pitches at Burton covered in spiders' silk were captured this morning by Paul Colebrook.
It seemed like the spiders had a busy night and, before the youngsters took to the field, he managed to shoot these unusual images.
Paul said: "The attached picture was taken this morning on the local football pitches my son plays on. They were covered in spiders' silk and the edge of the car park was covered in millions of baby spiders."
