A MAN killed in a two-vehicle crash on the A35 at Winterbourne Abbas has been named as Nkululeko Nxusani.
The 50-year-old, from Strelley in Nottinghamshire, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision between a silver Rover and a blue Daihatsu, which occurred at around 8am on October 13.
An inquest into his death was opened at Bournemouth Coroner’s Court yesterday. Coroner’s officer Nikki Muller said Mr Nxusani, born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, had been identified by his partner.
Three other people involved in the crash suffered serious injuries and were taken to Southampton General Hospital and Poole Hospital.
Dorset Coroner Sheriff Payne adjourned the inquest for further enquiries to be made while a police investigation of the other driver involved in the incident is carried out.
