THREE more drug dealers responsible for peddling drugs on the streets of Boscombe have faced the courts.
The defendants – all of whom admitted supplying class A drugs to an undercover officer – have appeared before judges as part of Operation Moped, one of Dorset Police’s biggest-ever operations to target dealers.
Already 17 people charged as a result of the operation have admitted their guilt and been sentenced to a total of more than 33 years.
The following sentences were given at Bournemouth Crown Court: On Friday, October 10, Neil McKechnie, aged 43 and of Bournemouth, was handed a four year prison sentence for supplying heroin On Thursday, October 16, Christopher Bell, aged 37 and from Bournemouth, received a 16 month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for supplying heroin
On Friday, October 17, Gary Dunleavy, aged 47 and of Bournemouth, received a two year prison sentence, suspended for two years, with a 12 months supervision order and a six months drug rehabilitation requirement.
